What this is

This is a self-assessment of where you currently sit across the 24 competencies that make up running a residential broking file end-to-end. It's the starting point for your development over the next 90 days — not a test. Honest answers here make the coaching more useful.

How to complete it

• For each competency, rate yourself 1 to 5 using the scale below.
• Base your rating on what you actually do on files — not how you feel about the topic in the abstract.
• If two ratings feel equally true, pick the lower one.
• Comments are optional, but useful for context (e.g. "good for PAYG but not self-employed").
• If something genuinely doesn't apply yet, choose N/A and leave a note.
